BRIEF Design modular tableware to hightlight the Chef's creations
IN FEW WORDS FRAGMENT bridges design, craftsmanship, and gastronomy, with a strong connection to the local territory. Created with a local local ceramist and fine furniture maker, the ceramic pieces are designed to inspire the chef's creativity. Drawing from the region's natural rocks and geological layers, the objects reflect a sense of time and place while offers a singular customer experience.
